| 摘 要： | 介绍了汽车涂装生产线及其生产仿真的意义。在对某工厂汽车涂装生产线优化的基础上,利用Flexsim软件对其建立生产线仿真模型,并对该涂装生产线的两种不同方案进行仿真,为生产线的设计、规划和实施提供了依据。最后对计算机仿真的特点进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | The automobile spread production line and the significance of its simulation were introduced. After optimizing the automobile spread production line in one factory,a simulating model of production was established by using Flexsim software. The two different methods of automobile spread production were also simulated,providing a basis for the designing,planning,and implementing of production lines. The characteristics of computer simulation were elaborated. |
