摘    要:回顾了我国延迟焦化装置水力除焦系统程序控制的技术发展情况,并对PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)水力除焦程序控制系统进行了分析.以在某企业的应用情况为例,介绍了DCS水力除焦程序控制系统在延迟焦化装置水力除焦系统自动控制中的应用效果,表明DCS具有操作更简便、安全的特点,同时程序增加了故障快速监测系统,能对除焦过程中的故障原因进行快速分析判断.系统经长期使用,效果良好,值得推广.

Abstract:The development of automatic control technology for hydraulic decoking system in domestic delayed cokers is reviewed, and the PLC control system for hydraulic decoking is analyzed. The application of DCS system in hydraulic decoking control in delayed cokers demonstrates that the DCS is easy and safe in operation. The addition of rapid emergency monitoring system in the program provides a rapid diagnosis and analysis of troubles which may occur in decoking operation. Therefore, the long-term operation of delayed cokers is ensured.
