葛洲坝船闸水力学原、模型试验比较

摘    要:本文根据葛洲坝三座船闸原、模型试验资料,对船闸输水系统的水力特性、船只系缆力、阀门后廊道压力、水流空化噪声、阀门启闭力、阀门振动等问题作了综合分析比较。结果表明,原型充泄水时间比模型短,阀门后廊道顶板压力比模型低。文中所得到的结果对科研设计有参考意义。

Abstract:Based on the results of prototype and model tests of three locks, the hydraulics characteristics of the filling and emptying system,hawser force,and valve hydraulics which includes culvert pressure, cavitation number,operating load of valve and valve vibration, are analyzed and compared. As shown in this paper, there is a differece in hydraulic characteristics between the prototype and the model of the three locks. The chambers are filled and emptied faster in prototype than in model. The average pressure downstream from valve of the prototype is 20-30kPa lower than that of the model. This paper is for reference of researchers and designers.
