摘    要:本文利用光弹性实验的直观、适于选型等特点,为巨型钳夹式变压器油箱的箱耳选型。由于箱耳与油箱纵向侧壁框架连成一体,故取油箱的侧壁框架和箱耳为一体来进行研究。但侧壁框架是由薄壁槽形截面杆件组成,其几何相似模型制做困难,本实验将侧壁框架设计成矩形截面的变态模型,模型设计公式根据相似理论导出;模型箱耳与实物完全相似,由此模型所测得的箱耳的应力分布是符合实际情况的。通过光弹性实验最终为钳夹式变压器油箱选出了合理形状。

Abstract:The characteristics of directly perceived through the senses and suitable for the selection of type of certain structure of the photoelasticity experiment was utilised in the selection of type for the ear of the tank of a giant clamp type transformer. Becamse the ear of The tank is rigidity connected with the longi tudinal side frame of the oil tank so that the side frame and the ear of the tank must be taken as one system to be examined. The side frame is made of thin channels, the manufacture of a model with geomet rically similar model an alternate shaped model of the side frame with rectangular cross-section was de signed. The formula of design are derived from the theorem of similarity. But the model of the car of the tank is designed similar with the actual one. The stress distribution obtained from this method was coincide with that obtained from the actual structure. A reasonable shape of the oil tank of the trans former has been selected by this photoelasticity experimental procedure.
