摘    要: 文章对断裂的Q215焊管进行宏观、金相及断口分析,结果表明该焊管在焊接时焊接温度过高,焊接持续时间较长,致使晶粒粗大产生过热,出现脆断。

Abstract:Analysis on metallography,macro graphy and fracture appearance were carried out on broken Q215 wel ded steel pipe. The results show that the higher temperature and the longer time during welding lead to grain grow ing and failure finally.
