TiO2/Ti电催化膜电极的制备及其对盐酸四环素废水的处理

摘    要:为高效降解盐酸四环素(TCH)废水,以氢氧化钠、乙醇和水为溶剂,以平板微孔钛膜为钛源和基膜,采用水热法制备出原位生长二氧化钛纳米线的钛基电催化膜(TiO2 NWs/Ti膜)。运用扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和电化学测试等手段,对TiO2 NWs/Ti膜电极的形貌、晶型和电化学性能等进行表征,并以TiO2 NWs/Ti膜为阳极构建电催化膜反应器(ECMR)处理盐酸四环素废水。结果表明:原位生长的催化剂锐钛矿TiO2纳米线直径约为40 nm,均匀生长在Ti膜上;负载TiO2纳米线可以显著提高Ti膜电极的电化学性能和催化活性,在常温常压下,当盐酸四环素废水质量浓度为50 mg/L、停留时间为10 min、电流密度为0.8 mA/cm2、pH值为7.0、Na2SO4质量浓度为15 g/L、溶液体积为100 mL时,盐酸四环素去除率可达99.5%,TOC去除率可以达到70.5%,明显高于Ti膜构建ECMR(40.2%和12.8%),且经过10次重复使用,催化性能基本保持较高水平。

Abstract:In order to efficiently degrade the tetracycline hydrochloride(TCH)wastewater,the titanium based electrocatalytic membrane for in-situ growth of titanium dioxide nanowires(TiO2 NWs/Ti membrane)was prepared by hydrothermal method using sodium hydroxide,ethanol and water as solvent,microporous flat Ti membrane as Ti source and base film.Field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and electrochemical tests were employed to characterize the crystal form,surface morphology and electrochemical properties of TiO2 NWs/Ti membrane electrode.The electrocatalytic membrane reactor(ECMR)was assemblied by using TiO2 NWs/Ti membrane as an anode to treat the tetracycline hydrochloride(TCH)wastewater.The results indicated that the TiO2 catalysts consisted of anatase TiO2 nanowires with the diameter of 40 nm,which uniformly distributed on the Ti membrane.The electrochemical performance and catalytic performance of the membrane electrode were improved obviously after the loading of the TiO2 NWs catalyst.It was found that the TCH and TOC removal rate of ECMR with TiO2 NWs/Ti membrane was up to 99.5%and 70.5%respectively under normal temperature and pressure,when the TCH concentration was 50 mg/L,residence time was 10 min,current density was 0.8 mA/cm2,pH was 7.0,Na2SO4 concentration was 15 g/L and solution volume was 100 mL,which were obviously higher than those of ECMR with Ti membrane(40.2%and 12.8%,respectively).After reused 10 times,the catalytic performance of ECMR with TiO2 NWs/Timembrane was basically kept at a high level.
