多功能阻燃织物研究进展

摘    要:为进一步拓宽阻燃织物的应用范围,满足更加严格的应用要求,对织物进行多功能化阻燃处理成为近年来的研究热点。本文从多功能阻燃助剂的合成和溶胶-凝胶法、层-层自组装技术、表面改性法、纳米粒子涂层、接枝聚合法等新型整理技术的应用2个方面,重点介绍了阻燃拒水、阻燃抗静电、阻燃抗菌、阻燃防紫外线、阻燃导电、阻燃防电磁干扰等多功能化阻燃整理的最新研究进展,并指出多功能阻燃织物将向更环保、高效、耐久方向发展。

Abstract:In order to expand the application range of flame retardant fabrics and meet more severe application requirement,the multi-functional flame retardant treatment on fabrics is the hotspot in the recent years.From two aspects of the synthesis of multi-functional flame retardant additives and the application of new finishing technologies including sol-gel method,layer by layer self assembly technology,surface modification,nanoparticle coating and graft polymerization etc.,the latest research progress of multi-functional flame retardant finishing including flame retardant with water repellency,flame retardant with antistatic,flame retardant with antibacterial,flame retardant with ultraviolet resistance,flame retardant with electric conductivity,flame retardant with electromagnetic interference resistance is mainly introduced.In addition,it points out that the multi-functional flame retardant fabric will be developed in the direction of environmental protection,high efficiency and durability.
