| 摘 要： | 为了加快实现办公自动化目标,分析办公自动化系统中的工作流技术。对该技术进行介绍,总结办公自动化系统在运行期间,对工作流技术提出的要求,随后从个人办公、办公管理、办公信息共享三个方面,阐述工作流技术的实际应用,加强办公各个部分之间的协调性与工作重组率,以期能够为今后办公自动化的深入建设打好基础。

| Abstract: | In order to speed up the realization of the goal of office automation, the workflowtechnology in office automation system is analyzed. This paper introduces the technology, summarizesthe requirements of workflow technology during the operation of office automation system, and thenexpounds the practical application of workflow technology from three aspects of personal office,office management and office information sharing, so as to strengthen the coordination and workreorganization rate between all parts of the office, so as to lay a good foundation for the in-depthconstruction of office automation in the future. |
