粘土—聚丙烯酰胺复合堵剂积累膜堵水机理研究

摘    要:复合堵剂各组分的协同作用可极大地提高增剂封堵效果。为此,研究了粘土-聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)复合堵剂的积累膜堵水机理及其影响因素,考察了试验温度、玻璃片表面性质和电解质以及HPAM质量分数等因素。对积累膜形成的影响研究结果表明:①经HPAM钠土溶液和钠土交替处理的硅酸盐表面,有积累膜形成;②温度降低,粘土、聚丙烯酰胺浓度提高和配制用水的矿化度增加以及硅酸盐表面不带同膜等因素,均有利于积累膜的形成。这

Abstract:Co operative effect of components in a composite plugging agent is capable of increasing the effectiveness of water shutoff induced by the said agent.A mechanism of water shutoff using a composite plugging agent clay HPAM building up a film is studied in laboratory The results show that the built up flim is formed by alternative treatment of the solution of HPAM and the suspension of sodium clay on the silicate glass surfaces It is verified experimentally that the film formed more easily when a temperature decreasing,concentration of clay or HPAM increasing,salinity increasing without oil film formed on the surfaces
