苹果中微量铅的荧光光度法测定

摘    要:建立了利用荧光法测定苹果中微量铅的新方法。该方法的线性范围0.03~2.00mg/mL,检出限为9.1×10-3mg/mL,用于鲜苹果样品中微量铅的测定,加标回收率96.22%~100.04%。

Abstract:A new fluorimetric method for determination of trace lead in fresh apple was established. The linear range for the determination of lead is 0.03~2.00 mg/mL, the detection limit is 9.1×10~-3mg/mL, the method is applied to determine trace lead in apple, and the recovery is 96.22%~100.04%.
