摘 要: | 防喷器液压试验台是检测井口防喷器工作性能的重要设备,由主机系统、液压回路系统、试压系统和操作测试系统组成。其方案系根据美国API Spec 16A标准并结合我国制造工艺水平而设计的,进行了必要的设计计算。利用这种试验台不仅可对防喷器的可靠性进行预测,而且可为防喷器的设计提供依据。

Design of hydraulic test bed for BOPs |

Abstract: | The hydraulic test bed described in this article is used for inspecting the operating performance of BOPs. It consists of the main unit, hydraulic circuit, pressure testing system and inspection controller, and is designed according to API Spec 16A, accompanied with essential calculation. The test bed can serve to determine the reliability of a BOP as well as provide a guide to BOP design. |
