基于支持向量机的数控机床总线的故障诊断研究

为了能够准确地对数控机床进行故障诊断,深入地研究了支持向量机故障诊断的方法。提出了最小二乘支持向量机的基本理论;提出了遗传模拟退火算法;进行了实例研究,结果表明该方法具有较高的故障诊断能力。

Study on Fault Diagnosis of Bus for NC Machine Based on Support Vector Machine

In order to have fault diagnosis of bus of NC machine,the application of support vector machine on fault diagnosis of bus of NC machine was carried out.The basic theory of least square support vector machine was put forward,and genetic simulated annealing algorithm was put forward,and case study was carried out,and results showed that this new method had a higher ability of fault diagnosis.
