高职院校营销中的CS战略

摘    要:高职院校要想在市场竞争中取胜,必须重视市场营销。为更好地赢得顾客,高职院校在其营销活动中必须以顾客为中心,积极实施顾客满意战略。首先,要明确自己的目标顾客;其次,要建立顾客需求和顾客满意调研分析系统;第三,要制定以顾客满意为宗旨的营销组合策略;第四,要开展整合营销,全面提高顾客满意度。

Abstract:If they want to succeed in business competitions, higher vocational colleges should attach importance to marketing. If they want to gain customers, they should focus on their customers' demands and apply customer satisfaction strategy in marketing activities. firstly, they should make clear their customers; secondly, they should build a system to investigate and analyses customers' demands and customers' satisfaction; thirdly, they should apply marketing strategies to satisfy their customers; fourthly, they should practise integration marketing and improve customers' satisfaction from all sides.
