| 摘 要： | 确保大受端城市电网安全、可靠供电,对促进社会和经济的可持续发展具有重要意义。在分析、总结大受端城市电网的特点、可能存在的大电网若干安全问题的基础上,从调度运行的角度,提出了进一步优化电网、提高电源规划标准,从防、救、治3个层面,建设城市电网安全预防、快速救治、快速恢复等大受端城市电网的安全对策及建议。
