摘    要:本文介绍了基于 AD7705 的 RTD 温度测量系统的工作原理和性能特点,该系统利用高性能的模数转换器 AD7705 的两通道的特性,与 RTD 相结合,使整个测量系统具有较高精度、低成本、接口简单的特点,还主要介绍了以 AT89C52 单片机为主机的测量 C51 程序设计方法。该接口方法已成功应用于量热仪中。

Abstract:The paper introduces the principle and characteristics of RTD accurate temperature measurement based on AD7705. The system possesses high accuracy, low cost, simple interface by integrating RTD with an A/D convertor AD7705 which has the feature of both input ports. Also the design method of C51 measuring program introduced based on MCU AT89C52. This interface is used on apparatus of measuring quantity of heat successfully.
