甲醇汽油对汽油机油抗磨性影响的试验研究

摘    要:结合甲醇汽油及其燃烧产物的特点,向汽油机油中添加甲醇汽油及其燃烧产物后,在曲轴箱模拟试验机上进行了氧化试验,在四球磨损试验机上考察了汽油机油氧化前后的抗磨损能力。试验结果表明:甲醇汽油及其燃烧产物使发动机油的抗磨性有一定的降低;添加甲醇汽油的汽油机油氧化后的抗磨性能比氧化前明显下降;同等条件下,甲醇体积分数为35%、50%的甲醇汽油比甲醇体积分数为15%、25%和80%的甲醇汽油对汽油机油的抗磨性影响更大。

Abstract:Combined the characteristic of methanol gasoline and its combustion product,after added methanol gasoline and its combustion product,the oxidation property of the gasoline engine oil was tested on crank case simulation tester,its antiwear property before and after oxidated was tested on four-ball tester.The test result indicates that the antiwear ability of the gasoline engine oil with methanol gasoline and its combustion product drops,and after oxidated,its antiwear ability drops obviously.The methanol gasoline with 35%,50% methanol has bigger influence on antiwear property of engine oil than other proportion methanol gasoline under the same conditions.
