高层建筑加压送风系统正压值影响因素探讨

摘    要:分析了高层建筑机械加压送风余压的影响因素,包括风机选型不当、剪刀楼梯间送风口设置不合理、正压送风系统未设楼梯间压差调节装置、超过32层的高层建筑未分段设置送风系统、前室送风口的开启控制不合理、前室送风口关闭不严密、防烟楼梯间送风口选型不合理、送风竖井的有效截面积被占用、加压送风竖井表面粗糙、防烟楼梯间、前室防火门门的缝隙过大等方面,分析了产生上述现象的原因,可在消防系统施工和检测中注意避免和发现所涉及的问题。

Abstract:Factors influencing the remained pressure in mechanical pressurized system of high-rise buildings have been analyzed.These factors include the unmatched blower type,unreasonable opening of scissor like stairway,pressurized system without installing differential pressure coordination equipment,no section air supply system in high-rise buildings over 32 floors,unreasonable on-off control of the air supply opening in anteroom and the untight air supply opening in anteroom etc..The above-mentioned problems can be avoided and found during the construction and testing of the fire protection system.
