摘    要:分析了我国钢铁快速增长情况下国产铁矿石生产和进口铁矿石的比例增长情况。对我国磁铁矿石提铁降硅选矿工艺和阴离子反浮选、强磁选———细筛、磁化焙烧等难选红铁矿选矿关键技术应用现状进行了分析,对选矿设备的发展动态进行了探讨,并展望了闪速磁化焙烧等复杂难选铁矿选矿技术发展前景,提出了急待解决的高效细磨设备、耐磨防堵的细筛网、磁化焙烧新装备、反浮选浮选柱、新型磁化率计、磁铁矿阳离子反浮选药剂的研究等重要问题。

Abstract:In this paper, under the situation of increase of iron and steel in China, domestic iron ore production and proportion of imported iron ore were analyzed. The newest tendency to the technology of silicon reduction and iron increasing for magnetite concentrate and key technology processing of refractory oxidized iron ore such as anionic inverse flotation, high intensity magnetic separation-micro screen,magnetic roasting are analyzed. Mineral processing equipment and its foreground were discussed. Development of the flash magnetizing reduction used in processing refractory iron ore was expected. Problems waiting for settling in iron ore processing such as fine grind equipment with high efficiency,wearable fine screen avoiding jamming,new equipment for test flash magnetizing reduction,flotation column used in inverse flotation,new type magnetometer and cation inverse flotation reagent for magnetite were also put forward in the last.
