摘 要: | 采用等离子堆焊工艺方法,对石油、化工行业中关键零部件堆焊Ni基,Co基材料,以达到表面改性目的,试验表明,这一工艺方法对提高材料耐磨,耐腐蚀及高温性能,延长使用寿命,节省贵重材料,降低产品成本具有实际意义。

APPLICATIONS OF PLASMA POWDER SURFACING IN PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY |

Abstract: | For the purpose of surface modification, plasma surfacing is applied to Ni-based and Co-based materials that are used as key parts in petrochemical industry. The tests show that this process plays an important role in improving the materials performance of wear-resisting, anti-corrosion and high temperature resistance, prolonging service life, saving expensive materials and reducing production cost. |
