| 摘 要： | 采用等离子堆焊工艺方法，对石油、化工行业中关键零部件堆焊Ni基，Co基材料，以达到表面改性目的，试验表明，这一工艺方法对提高材料耐磨，耐腐蚀及高温性能，延长使用寿命，节省贵重材料，降低产品成本具有实际意义。

APPLICATIONS OF PLASMA POWDER SURFACING IN PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY |

| Abstract: | For the purpose of surface modification, plasma surfacing is applied to Ni-based and Co-based materials that are used as key parts in petrochemical industry. The tests show that this process plays an important role in improving the materials performance of wear-resisting, anti-corrosion and high temperature resistance, prolonging service life, saving expensive materials and reducing production cost. |
