A theory of crack growth in viscoelastic materials |

| Abstract: | The principle of the conservation of energy is used to derive a solution for the velocity of crack growth in viscoelastic materials. This work generalizes earlier work by the same method that yielded only asymptotic solutions for crack velocity. |
