使用弹性介质的多点成形过程数值模拟研究

摘    要:在多点成形过程中,压痕和皱纹缺陷是限制多点成形技术实用化的重要因素。使用弹性介质,可实现薄板三维曲面零件的无缺陷多点成形。本文对使用弹性介质和无弹性介质的多点成形过程进行数值模拟,分析成形过程中产生的压痕和起皱现象,并对上述缺陷的不同影响因素进行了模拟研究。结果表明,使用弹性介质可以显著地抑制压痕和起皱的发生。

Abstract:In the process of multi-point forming, dimple and wrinkle are the main defects which limit the development of the multipoint forming technology. Multi-point forming with the elastic medium can be applied to the forming of three-dimensional surface part of thin sheet metal and be considered as deformation with no defects. In this paper, the numerical simulation between using the elastic medium and not using the elastic medium is carried out to analyze the multi-point forming process, and the analysis on the dimple and the wrinkle defects is proposed. The result is that multi-point forming with the elastic medium can limit the happening of dimpling and wrinkling.
