Reform and Practice of Computer Basic Courses for Non-computer Majors under the Background of the New Engineering Discipline

The new engineering discipline brings the new requests and challenges for the basic computer courses.How to carry out teaching reform,which adapts to the new engineering disciplines,and meet the needs of different professional categories and better achieves cross-integration,has become the focus of research.Therefore,relying on the new engineering discipline,the all-round reform and practice about teaching contents and evaluation system are carried out,which focuses on problems existing in current basic computer courses for non-computer majors.It effectively improves the students’ability of computational thinking and practical innovation in solving professional problems by using computers.
