| Abstract: | In this paper the present situations of engineering schedule management in building engineering area are analyzed. According to the disadvantages of traditional the Gantt chart schedule and present network plan software and combined with the practices of Construction Company of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Group Corporation a computer simulation of engineering random network plan is completed, which realize a innovation in management. |
