| 摘 要： | 当前,我国电力工业正在进行"厂网分开,竞价上网"的改革试点,这是电力工业市场化非常关键的一步,而上网电价改革是电价改革中涉及问题复杂和难点较多的,在电力市场化实现过程中又处于核心地位.根据财务水平和两部制电价建立了水电上网电价的预测模型,以期能为我国电价改革提供一些有益的思考.

| Abstract: | Electric power industry in China is now performing an innovation of separating the powerplant from grid and bidding for grid. It is a very critical step in the process of market-orientation of electric power industry. But the innovation on price of sending electricity to grid will involve some complicated and difficult problems in the innovation of electricity price.lt will also play an important role in realizing market-orientotion in the electricity power industry. A model to forecast the price of sending hydroelectricity to grid is set up according to the financial condition and binary electricity price in order to provide some helpful ideas for innovation of electricity in China. |
