摘    要:结合正交试验和注射模拟分析软件Moldflow,对不同工艺条件下的塑件成型过程进行了模拟,通过对最大翘曲量的极差分析,确定熔体温度、充填时间、保压压力等注射工艺参数对目标值的影响程度,并通过绘制因素水平影响趋势图,分析得出最优注射工艺参数组合方案。

Abstract:The process with various forming conditions of injection moulding a car bumper was simulated by using orthogonal experiment method and analysis software Moldflow.Through a range analysis on maximal warping amount,the influence degree of injection parameters like melt temperature,fill time and holding pressure on target values was determined.Then an optimized integrated parameter scheme was achieved according to an influencial-factor tendency chart.
