高温焚烧对秸秆灰渣养分含量的影响

摘    要:采用模拟高温方式焚烧向日葵、玉米、水稻3种秸秆,测定其灰渣中磷、钾、钙、镁4种养分含量,探讨养分变化原因及规律.测试结果表明:在高温焚烧条件下,随着焚烧温度的升高,秸秆产生的灰渣量逐渐减少,在同一温度下,水稻秸秆灰渣量明显高于玉米和向日葵秸秆灰渣量;随着焚烧温度的提高,向日葵秸秆灰渣中磷、钾、钙、镁含量逐渐升高,玉米秸秆灰渣中磷、钙、镁含量逐渐升高,但钾含量先升高后降低,水稻秸秆灰渣中各元素含量均先升高后降低.

Abstract:Simulating high-temperature incinerations technology,materials were used in sunflower,corn and rice,three kinds straw,and then determinate the content of P,K,Ca and Mg in these ashes.It is supposed to find the reasons and the regulation for these nutrient changes in high-temperature incineration conditions.The result shows that,under the incineration condition,the volume of straw ash had gradually become smaller with the increasing burning temperature;at the same temperature,the rice straw ash was significa...
