| Abstract: | This paper introduced the developing tendency of agro-processing technology and equipment at home and abroad and the existed gap. By means of analyzing the market requirement at present stage, the author briefly indicated the developing stresses and steps of agro-processing in China during the "10th 5-year plan", put forward the related policies and measures to develop this industry. |
