莱氏体型高铬模具钢锻前碳化物形态改善的研究

摘    要:对传统莱氏体型高铬模具钢进行变质处理,使其在锻前的加热过程中网状共晶碳化物得到粒化。试验结果表明:在锻前1100~1130℃下加热,不同截面尺寸的高铬钢均可获得良好的粒化组织;与同截面尺寸的锻钢件相比,具有更好的碳化物形态;碳、铬含量降低及截面尺寸的减少均有助于碳化物形态的进一步改善

Abstract:The aimed of the study is to turn network eutectic carbide in high Cr die steel into granular during heating before forging by modification of ledeburiteThe experimental results show that the evently distributed granular carbide can be obtained in the steel products with different section dimensions at 1 100 1 130 The carbide morphology of the steel before forging is better than that of the forged steel with the same section dimensionWith reduction of C and Cr and the section dimensions the carbide morphology is further improved
