基于在线聚类算法的发动机空燃比自适应模糊模型

摘    要:为了描述煤层气发动机强烈的非线性和解决动态工况下空燃比控制的延迟问题,采用在线聚类算法建立了排气空燃比自适应模糊模型。通过在线聚类算法更新T-S模糊模型结构,基于递推加权最小二乘(WRLS)算法辨识结论参数,结合加权平均算法预测空燃比。动态工况下的实验验证表明,空燃比自适应模糊模型能够补偿延迟,精确捕获空燃比的瞬态偏移。

Abstract:In order to describe strongly nonlinear characteristics and solve the delay problem of air fuel ratio control during dynamic operating conditions for a Coal-Bed Gas engine,online fuzzy clustering algorithm was used for adaptive fuzzy model of exhaust air-fuel ratio.T-S fuzzy model structure was evolved by online clustering algorithm,and the model consequent parameters was identified by weighted recursive least square algorithm(WRLS),then air-fuel ratio was predicted with the weighted average algorithm.The m...
