基于Miner理论的减速器疲劳试验研究

摘    要:减速器是输送机的"心脏",其早期损坏将严重影响输送机的使用寿命,行星齿轮减速器是种较为理想的刮板输送机传动结构型式.文章通过分析行星齿轮减速器疲劳机理,认为塑性应变的开始点就是疲劳过程的起始源,并从迈纳(Miner)损伤累积理论原理出发,以刮板输送机行星齿轮减速器为例,提出了输送机减速器疲劳试验方法和流程,并且结合生产实际,对浓缩应力这一强化理论方法进行了描述,从而获得超值累积频次分布图.最后对刮板输送机减速器齿轮疲劳寿命作了分析.

Abstract:Retarder is very important for armored face conveyor.The early damage of retarder is related to the life of armored face conveyor. Based on the planetary gear retarder fatigue mechanism, the Miner fatigue darmage theory was applied.The article analysed retarder fatigue test method based on Miner theory.The paper put forward the start point of plastic strain is the origin of fatigue.The thesis described the fatigue test method and signal disposal method.The stress condense theory of planetary gear restarder was described.Finally, overflow pile frequency distributing was got.The gear fatigue life of AFC restarder was analysed.
