| 摘 要： | 光散射尘埃粒子计数器作为监测洁净环境的最主要仪器,已在各领域被广泛应用,其自身性能质量也越来越被关注。近年来,国内外形成了多种光散射尘埃粒子计数器计量校准方法,其相互之间均存在着一定差异,这给仪器生产厂家以及计量机构带来了一定困难。本文简要分析了光散射尘埃粒子计数器相关国内外技术标准的研究现状,并重点对国内目前使用较为广泛的JJF1190和GJB/J5416标准进行了对比分析。

| Abstract: | As the main equipment to monitor the clean space,the light-scattering airborne particle counter has been widely used and caught more attention on its capability.In recent years,many kinds of measurements of the airborne particle counter have been made,which brings troubles to the manufacturing corporations and measurement organizations.This paper introduces the domestic and international counter measurement standards,and focuses on the comparison and analysis of domestic standards JJF 1190 and GJB/J 5416. |
