环保型阻燃丙烯酸酯压敏胶的制备与性能研究

摘    要:以自制环三磷腈单体——(2-烯丙基苯氧基)五苯氧基环三磷腈(APPCP)为阻燃剂,丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和丙烯酸异辛酯(EHA)为软单体、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为硬单体、丙烯酸(AA)和甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为交联单体,采用共聚法制备出一种新型丙烯酸酯PSA(压敏胶)。研究结果表明:当m(BA)∶m(EHA)∶m(MMA)∶m(AA)∶m(MAA)=62.5∶18.8∶6.2∶7.5∶5.0、w(APPCP)=10%时,PSA的综合粘接性能相对最好,并且其起始热分解温度超过200℃,600℃时残炭率超过10%,燃烧等级(UL-94)达到VTM-0级,极限氧指数(LOI)为27.9%,完全满足环保型无卤阻燃丙烯酸酯PSA的使用要求。

Abstract:With self-made cyclotriphosphazene monomer — 2-allylphenoxy-pentaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene(APPCP) as flame retardant,butyl acrylate(BA) and ethylhexyl acrylate(EHA) as soft monomers,methyl methacrylate(MMA) as hard monomer,acrylic acid(AA) and methacrylic acid(MAA) as crosslinker monomers,a novel acrylate PSA(pressure-sensitive adhesive) was prepared by copolymerization.The research results showed that the PSA had reversely optimal combination bonding property,and can all meet application requirements of environment-friendly acrylate PSA with halogen-free and flame retardance because its initial pyrolysis was above 200 ℃,carbon residue yield at 600 ℃ was above 10%,flammability rank(UL-94) was VTM-0,limiting oxygen index(LOI) was 27.9% when mass ratio of m(BA)∶m(EHA)∶m(MMA)∶m(AA)∶m(MAA) was 62.5∶18.8∶6.2∶7.5∶5.0,and mass fraction of APPCP was 10%.
