摘    要:借助于透射电子显微镜和选区电子衍射分析了喷丸变形层的组织组成。以ASTM A213MS30432钢管为例探讨了用硬度法检测奥氏体钢管内壁喷丸效果的可行性。利用硬度计、光学显微镜和能谱仪等设备,分析了喷丸层的硬度、磁性相含量和氧化膜中Cr相对含量以及三者之间的关系,对硬度检测参数进行了选择和确定。

Abstract:In this paper,the microstructure of shot peening layer is analyzed using TEM and SAED.The feasibility of using sclerometer to test the performance of shot peening on internal surface of austentic tubes is discussed,take ASTM A213M S30432 tube as an exanple.The hardness of shot peening layer,the contents of magnetic phase,the relative contents of Cr in oxide film and the relationship among them is analyzed using sclerometer,OM,SEM,and EDS.The hardness test parameter is selected.
