| 摘 要： | 在不同温度条件下,对麦草制浆前进行热水预抽提处理,然后制备化学机械浆,探讨热水预抽提对麦草化机浆浆料性能的影响。研究结果表明:麦草经过热水预抽提后,其化机浆的抗张强度、撕裂度和耐破度均有所提高,碱浸渍段用碱量降低,打浆能耗降低,但纸浆得率有不同程度的下降。

| Abstract: | The chemi-mechanical pulping properties of wheat straw,which had been hemicelluloses pre-extracted with hot water,were studied.In this work,the process of hot-water extraction at various temperatures was investigated.The straws pre-extracted or not were made into chemi-mechanical pulp(CMP) at same conditions.Then the effects of pre-extraction on properties of straw pulp were studied.The results showed that the hot-water pre-extraction improved tensile strength,tearing strength and bursting strength of the C... |
