脱墨过程中废纸配比的优化试验

摘    要:对脱墨浆生产中常用的4种废纸(#8美废、#10美废、国产废铜版纸、#10欧废)进行了配比优化实验,以提高脱墨浆的质量和产量。实验表明,35%铜版纸加65%#10美废进行脱墨,浆料白度增值和油墨去除率最高。

Abstract:In this paper,the ratio of four kinds of waste paper(#8 American waste paper,#10#American waste paper,domestic coated paper,#10 European waste paper) in pilping was studied.We found that,under the condition of 35% domestic coated paper add 65% #10 American waste paper,the pulp brightness value-added and ink removal rate was the highest.
