CPAM与膨润土-丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物微粒的助留助滤效果

摘    要:研究碱性环境中膨润土与丙烯酰胺在过硫酸铵-亚硫酸钠引发体系中合成的接枝共聚物与阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)组成的微粒助留助滤系统。结果表明:当pH值为4~7,接枝共聚物在浆中用量为0.15%~0.20%,CPAM用量为0.035%~0.04%时,CPAM/接枝共聚物系统具有良好的助留助滤效果。

Abstract:The article researched a microparticle retention and drainage system which was composed of CPAM and a graft compolymer.The latter was made of bentonite and AM with ammon persulfate and sodmum sulfite as reaction initiatior in the alkaline environment.e application results showed that when pH was 4~7,amount of the graft compolymer was 0.15%~0.20% in pulp,amount of CPAM was 0.035%~0.04%,the microparticle retention and drainage system had a good e?ects of retention and drainage.
