| Abstract: | The application,characteristic and analysis limits of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) were introduced.Their successful application in fiber surface analysis and coating structure of paper surface recent years is reviewed.XPS is benefits of pulp and papermaking,which is analysed and settled phenomenon and problem. |
