摘    要:研究高抗水性牛皮箱纸板面层的抄造工艺,重点探讨施胶剂用量对成纸施胶度和热水渗透性的影响。结果表明:随着PAE、AKD用量逐渐增加,纸页正面施胶度总体呈上升趋势,且纸页正面施胶度总是高于反面。当AKD、PAE添加量分别超过90kg·t-1纸、110kg·t-1纸时,纸张抗热水渗透性能、正面的施胶度(Cobb值)均显著提高。无论AKD、PAE添加多少,纸张对热水的敏感点均维持在40℃左右,纸页抗热水渗透性主要取决于热水温度,与环境温度关系不大。
