互穿网络型阳离子聚氨酯/丙烯酸酯纸张增强剂的制备及应用

摘    要:为制备对环境友好的阳离子型浆内施胶纸张增强剂,以己二异氰酸酯(HDI)、聚醚二醇(PTMG1000)、N-甲基二乙醇胺(N-MDEA)、苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)等为主要原料制备了互穿网络型阳离子聚氨酯/丙烯酸酯复合乳液纸张增强剂(PUA),系统研究了n(NCO)/n(OH)、HEA、MDEA以及增强剂用量等对纸张性能的影响。纸张浆内施胶应用实验表明,当n(NCO)/n(OH)=1.0~1.1,w(HEA)=6%,w(MDEA)=8%,PUA用量为0.8%时,纸张强度性能达到最优。单独使用该聚合物施胶剂,纸张的抗张强度和耐折度分别提高39.5%和78.2%。SEM分析表明,纸张断裂是由纤维断裂引起的,为阳离子型聚氨酯/丙烯酸酯复合乳液可增加纤维间的结合强度提供了依据。
