Electrical resistivity of noble gas pulsed discharges |
| |
Abstract: | The electrical resistivity of pulsed discharges in flash-tubes using noble gases is treated in a simple manner. Relations between resistivity and electric fieldEand current densityjare given. It is shown that electrical resistivity in pulsed discharges is an inverse function ofjorE, depending also on an exponentnwhich does not remain constant during the discharge. |
