摘    要:综述了超临界CO2输送管道的腐蚀机理及防护手段,重点论述了耐蚀管材、内涂层技术、加注缓蚀剂技术等管材防腐蚀技术的研究现状,对比分析了不同技术的优缺点,指出了目前超临界CO2输送管道研究的局限性,展望了未来超临界CO2方面的研究方向。

Abstract:Carbon capture and storage technology (CCS) is one of the important means for carbon emission reduction. There exist serious corrosion issues for pipelines related with the transportation and application of supercritical CO2. Therefore, it is of urgent need to carry out study on the corrosion behavior of pipeline in the relevant environments of supercritical CO2 and thus to develop applicable anti-corrosion technologies. In this paper, the mechanism of supercritical CO2 induced corrosion of pipelines and the related anti-corrosion methods are reviewed. The different anti-corrosion technologies such as corrosion-resistant materials, inner coating and corrosion inhibitor are discussed emphasically. The advantages and disadvantages of different technologies are compared and analyzed. The limitations of current research on supercritical CO2 pipelines are further pointed out. Finally, it is also forecasted on the future research directions of supercritical CO2 issues.
