煤矿巷道支护方案与支护参数优化设计研究

摘    要:为了确保矿井巷道的稳定性,分析了原有围岩赋存条件以及原有巷道破坏现状,根据巷道受到采动影响后围岩变形失稳情况,对原有巷道支护方案与支护参数进行了优化,施工工艺主要采用刷帮挑顶假U型棚、喷浆封闭U型钢棚、浅孔充填注浆、顶部加强锚杆支护、底板钻孔卸压联合控制、帮顶深孔注浆强化围岩和帮顶部锚索加固等施工工艺,最后通过矿山压力观测,验证了该技术的实用性。

Abstract:In order to ensure the stability of the mine roadway,the existing conditions of the surrounding rock and the destruction status of the original roadway are analyzed,according to the deformation and instability of the surrounding rock after the roadway is affected by mining,the original roadway support scheme and support parameters are optimized,the construction technology mainly adopts the construction technology of the false U-shaped shed with the top of the wall brushed and overhanging,the U-shaped steel shed sealed with the gunite,the shallow hole filling and grouting,the top reinforcement of the anchor bolt support,the joint control of the bottom hole pressure relief,the deep hole grouting at the top of the wall to strengthen the surrounding rock and the top reinforcement of the anchor cable,finally,through the observation of the mine pressure,the practicability of the technology is verified.
