洗矸石分选可行性研究

摘    要:通过木瓜界选煤厂洗矸石的工业分析,发现洗矸石发热量接近矸石电厂吸放热平衡值,直接燃烧意义不大,必须经过排矸提质,燃烧才有意义。研究了洗矸石的粒度组成和浮沉组成,各粒级分选密度+2.5 kg/L的矸石发热量均在1.26 MJ/kg以下,其他密度级的发热量较高,将分选密度确定在2.5 kg/L,提出了+50 mm和-6 mm粒级不选,50~6 mm粒级全部入选的技术方案。50~6 mm自然级跳汰分选实验表明,跳汰分选后精煤灰分和发热量跟尾煤灰分和发热量有一定差别,但差别较小,跳汰机的分选效果不理想。重介旋流器作为最有可能得到成功应用的技术,应着手在结构上进行研究,提供适合木瓜界煤矸石洗选提质的成熟产品和技术。

Abstract:Through the industrial analysis of the coal gangue in the Muguajie coal preparation plant,it was found that the calorific value of the washed stone was close to the heat absorption and desorption value of the waste rock power plant.The direct combustion was of little significance and it must be upgraded through the drainage and purification.The particle size composition and floating-sink composition of the washed stone were studied.The calorific value of the vermiculite with the density of each particle grade +2.5 kg/L was below 1.26 MJ/kg.The calorific value of other density grades was higher and will be sorted.The density was determined at 2.5 kg/L,and the technical solutions of +50~-6 mm grain size were not selected,and 50~6 mm grain size were selected.The natural jigging sorting experiment of 50~6 mm showed that there was a certain difference between the ash and calorific value of the clean coal and the tail coal ash and calorific value after the jigging sorting,but the difference was small,and the sorting effect of the jig was not satisfactory.As the technology most likely to be successfully applied,the heavy medium cyclone should be studied on the structure to provide mature products and technologies suitable for the cleaning and purification of coal gangue in papaya.
