等离子脉冲增产技术在煤层气井的应用实践

摘    要:我国煤层气开发利用有广阔的发展前景,但技术始终制约着煤层气行业发展,在众多技术难题中,如何解决老井产能衰退、产水量不断下降就是一个较突出的问题。由于二次压裂改造对储层伤害较大,为了保护储层,就要引进更高效、更环保、更便捷的储层改造技术,结合煤层气的产出机理,引入相对简单便捷的等离子脉冲增产技术来解决上述难题。结合区块煤层气井特性,根据等离子脉冲增产技术改造机理,按照规范的选井原则,在阳泉矿区寺家庄井田选取4口井,开展了增产技术在该区块的可行性验证。结果表明,4口煤层气井在实验初期井口套压、产水量有较明显的提高,产气量也恢复到较高的水准,说明等离子脉冲技术在老井解堵方面有一定的作用,而实验半个月后产水量、井口套压出现明显衰退,说明等离子脉冲增产技术在本区块解堵影响范围半径较小。虽然作用效果不明显,但也能说明等离子脉冲增产技术在近井地带解堵有一定的成效,同时也说明该技术存在一定的局限性,可在部分区块推广应用。

Abstract:The development and utilization of coalbed methane in China has broad prospects,but technology has always restricted the development of the coalbed methane industry.Among the many technical problems,how to solve the decline of old well productivity and the continuous decline in water production is a prominent problem.Because secondary fracturing reforms have great damage to the reservoirs,in order to protect the reservoirs,it is necessary to introduce more efficient,environmentally friendly,and more convenient reservoir reconstruction technologies,combined with the production mechanism of coalbed methane,and introducing relatively simple and convenient plasma pulses.Increase production technology to solve the above problems.Combined with the characteristics of coalbed methane wells in the block,according to the plasma pulse production stimulation technology transformation mechanism and in accordance with standardized well selection principles,4 wells were selected in the Sijiazhuang mine field of Yangquan mining area to carry out the feasibility verification of production stimulation technology in the block.The results show that the wellhead casing pressure and water production of the 4 coalbed methane wells have increased significantly at the beginning of the experiment,and the gas production has also recovered to a higher level.This shows that the plasma pulse technology has a certain effect on the plugging of old wells,and the experimental half after a few months,the water production rate and wellhead casing pressure declined significantly,indicating that the impact range of the plasma pulse stimulation technology in this block is relatively small.Although the effect is not obvious,it can also explain that the plasma pulse stimulation technology has a certain effect in unblocking the near-well zone.It also shows that this technology has certain limitations and can be promoted and applied in some blocks.
