深部动压巷道围岩控制技术研究

摘    要:为了确保深部矿井巷道围岩的稳定性,根据理论和经验分析,煤矿巷道稳定性影响因素主要为巷道围岩性质、开采深度、采动影响剧烈程度、巷道与上部煤层间的垂距、巷道支护不合理等因素。采用采场远距离卸压保护技术、预应力锚索束技术和钻孔卸压联合主动支护技术,预防了浅部围岩变形和工字钢在锚索端部出现的弯曲变形,遏制了巷道底部浅部围岩的变形,确保了巷道的稳定性。

Abstract:In order to ensure the stability of the surrounding rock of the deep mine roadway,according to the theoretical and empirical analysis,the influencing factors of the stability of the mine roadway are mainly the properties of the surrounding rock,the mining depth,the intensity of the mining influence,the vertical distance between the roadway and the upper coal seam,and the unreasonable support of the roadway.By adopting the technology of long-distance pressure relief protection in stope,pre-stressed anchor cable and drilling pressure relief combined with active support,the deformation of shallow surrounding rock and the bending deformation of I-beam at the end of anchor cable are prevented,the deformation of shallow surrounding rock at the bottom of roadway is restrained,and the stability of roadway is ensured.
