摘    要:探究2种国产放疗设备用户界面可用性设计,识别其可用性问题及使用失误。采用专家现场评估和用户测试相结合的方法,从专家评估及用户操作主观体验角度,综合评价放疗设备的可用性设计。专家评估中,厂家A NPRTS加速器共发现47个可用性问题,启发式原则违例数186例;厂家B Hm-J-16-1加速器发现45个可用性问题,启发式原则违例数226例。患者摆位和出束治疗是可用性问题中较为集中的步骤,且出束治疗是风险最高的放疗步骤。测试人员操作厂家B Hm-J-16-1加速器的工作负荷高于操作厂家A NPRTS加速器的工作负荷,且测试者对厂家B Hm-J-16-1加速器的感知可用性也低于对厂家A NPRTS加速器的感知可用性。2种国产放疗设备用户界面的可用性设计还存在一定的缺陷,设备厂商应当进一步优化界面设计,增强设备使用的安全性和舒适性。

Abstract:To explore the user interface usability design of two kinds of radiotherapy devices and identify the existence of usability issues and use errors, a study is conducted from the point of expert evaluation and the user subjective experience in operation, evaluating the usability design of the radiotherapy device. In expert evaluation, NPRTS accelerator discovered a total of 47 usability issues, and 186 heuristic violations. Hm-J-16-1 accelerator discovered 45 usability problems and 226 heuristic violations. Patient setup and beam delivery are steps in identifying many usability issues, and beam delivery is the most risky radiotherapy step. In terms of workload of participants, Hm-J-16-1 accelerator is higher than NPRTS accelerator. In the perception usability of participants, the Hm-J-16-1 accelerator is lower than NPRTS accelerator. There are several flaws in the usability design of the user interface of two kinds of domestic radiotherapy devices. Manufacturers should further optimize the interface design and enhance the safety and comfort of the device.
