大埋深软弱泥岩巷道支护方式应用研究

摘    要:埋深890 m的陈四楼煤矿九采区回风下山下平巷穿过陈四楼煤矿向斜轴部,掘进过程中揭露3条落差分别为5,7,7 m的XF2、XF3 及XF5正断层,周边巷道空间关系复杂,采用“锚网喷+锚索”方式支护时巷道变形严重,已无法满足生产需要。为解决巷道失修难题,提出了采用“锚网索+U型钢棚+注浆”的复合支护方案,并对底板采取“锚网带+注浆锚索”加固。实践结果表明,该方案支护效果良好,巷道变形得到了很好的控制,可以满足安全使用要求。

Abstract:In the ninth mining area of Chensilou Coal Mine with a depth of 890 m,the downhill drift under the return air passes through the syncline axis of Chensilou Coal Mine.Three normal faults with a drop of 5,7,7 m,XF2,XF3 and XF5 are exposed in the excavation process.The spatial relationship of surrounding roadways is complex.The roadways are seriously deformed when supported by "anchor net shotcrete + anchor cable",which can no longer meet the production needs.In order to solve the problem of roadway failure,a composite support scheme of "anchor net cable+ U-shaped steel shed+ grouting" is proposed,and "anchor net belt+ grouting anchor rope" is adopted to reinforce the bottom plate.The practical results show that the scheme has good supporting effect and the roadway deformation is well controlled,which can be used safely.
