摘    要:为解决火力发电厂锅炉受热面管状态监测及管控难题,实现锅炉受热面管的精准检修,降本增效,设计了一套锅炉受热面管动态风险评估系统。本文从受热面管的炉外壁温数据分析技术、炉内壁温模拟计算、半定量寿命评估技术、热偏差分析技术以及堵管分析技术等专业方向入手,基于火力发电厂DCS系统和SIS系统的大数据,建立数据库,动态分析各参数发展趋势,实现了锅炉受热面管超温预警和风险寿命动态评估。该技术对于电厂锅炉运行人员具有极大的指导作用,对于电站锅炉风险控制技术研究有极大的借鉴意义。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of condition monitoring and control of boiler heating surface tube in thermal power plant,realize the accurate maintenance of boiler heating surface tube,reduce cost and increase efficiency,a dynamic risk assessment system of boiler heating surface tube is designed.Based on the big data of DCS system and SIS system in thermal power plant,the database is established to dynamically analyze the development trend of each parameter,so as to realize the over temperature warning and risk life of boiler heating surface tube Dynamic assessment.This technology has a great guiding role for boiler operators in power plant and a great reference for risk control technology research of power plant boiler.
