摘    要:原油含水率是石油开采过程中一项重要参数,实时并准确地测量原油含水率可以有效评估油井的生产状况及产能。研究基于射频法的原油含水率测量技术,设计了实时测量系统。系统主要包括:射频天线、主控与处理单元、激励信号产生模块、功率检波模块、存储及显示模块等。通过仿真优化及试验对射频天线进行了结构及参数设计,对测量系统的各个功能模块进行了安装与调试,通过室内试验设备对系统进行了大量的含水率测量试验,试验结果表明系统能够实现含水率的实时测量功能。系统测量精度较高,对不同含水率的混合液区具有很好的区分度。测量系统在技术上是可行的,为射频法原油含水率测量技术的应用研究提供了有价值的参考。

Abstract:Water content in crude oil is an important parameter of the process of oil exploitation.By measuring the water content of crude oil accurately in real time,it can effectively evaluate the production status production capacity of oil wells.A real-time measurement system of water content of crude oil is designed by studying RF method.This system mainly includes:RF antenna,main control and processing unit,signal generation module,power detection module,storage and display module,etc.The structure and parameters of radio frequency antenna are designed by simulation and experiment.All function modules of the measurement system are installed and tested.A large number of measurement tests have been carried out on the system through indoor test devices.The test results show that the system can realize the real-time measurement of water content.The system has a high measurement accuracy and a good discrimination for the mixed liquid with different water content.The measurement system is technically feasible,which provides a valuable reference for the application research of measuring water content of crude oil based on the radio frequency method.
