摘    要:针对风、光、水多种可再生能源多能互补效益的准确评估问题,基于多风电场与太阳能光伏电站的中长期随机出力时序模拟,考虑库容影响的水电短期优化方法,以中长期水电优化结果为边界,提出水/火/风/光多种能源协调互补的电力系统时序运行模拟模型,并以可再生能源装机比例较高且消纳问题严重的中国西部电网为实证案例进行生产运行模拟计算。研究结果表明:西北、西南地区电源结构、负荷特性差异较大,跨区互补优势明显;建设西北与西南联网通道,可以实现多能互补,有效提高可再生能源外送通道利用效率,提升西部地区可再生能源消纳能力。

Abstract:For the accurate assessment of the multi-energy complementary benefits of renewable energy such as wind, photovoltaic and hydro power, a power system sequential operation simulation model is proposed considering the multiple energy coordination and complementary of hydro/coal/wind/photovoltaic power. The simulation model is based on the mid- and long-term random output sequential simulation of numerous wind farms and solar photovoltaic power plants, and the short-term optimization method of hydropower considering the influence of storage capacity on the basis of the results of medium and long-term hydropower optimization. The simulation calculation of production operation is carried out by taking the western China power grid as a case, which is with high proportion of renewable energy and difficulties in accommodation. The results show that the power structure and load characteristics of the northwest and southwest regions are different, and the complementary advantages of the trans-region are obvious. The construction of interconnection transmission channels between northwest and southwest regions can realize multi-energy complementarity, effectively improve the utilization efficiency of renewable energy transmission lines, and enhance the renewable energy accommodation capacity in the western region.
